BeWeightLoss provides selected products and services that ship to and are made available to different addresses within Australia, United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, Canada, Spain, France, Portugal, Germany, Netherlands, and Italy. These specific products and services are made available by your selected or registered country and will be confirmed for availability at checkout.
Please ensure you select the appropriate shop for your location from the regional dropdown menu when you are shopping

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please note that uncontrollable envorinmental factors, for example; the COVID19 pandemic, can also incur unforeseen shipping and courier service delays. If additional delays are caused by this, we will notify you as soon as we can.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Each product may have its own dedicated courier service and varies accordingly.

Free Shipping Methords

Free Shipping is available on litsted products as detailed on each shop dedicated to each specific country or region,except to certain remote location which will be noted at checkout, or as determined by us prior to shipment.

  • Standard – Free Delivery 10-20 Business Days
  • Standard – Free Delivery 10-30 Business Days
  • Standard – Free Delivery 3-5 Business Days
  • Standard – Free Delivery 5-10 Business Days

*Overnight or Express delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the selected products within Australia. These products will be marked on their assigned product pages and again stated at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We provide products and services that ship to addresses within Australia, United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, Canada, Spain, France, Portugal, Germany, Netherlands, and Italy, however, this is subject to size, weight, and limitations as set by the delivery point. We do not take responsibility for failed deliveries to your non-residencial or commercial address due to reasons of this nature.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Some orders and free delivery methods do not support shippment tracking. These will be displayed on specific products, services, at checkout, or via an email notification to your submitted email address.

Dispatch policy and shipping addresses

Unless stated otherwise, you should receive a tracking number for your order to the email used during you checkout. Orders are generally delivered within business hours only from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Some orders may be dispatched directly from our local warehouses, or from our supplier in order to shorten delivery times as much as possible. Please allow up to 1 to 3 days for dispatch and the specified delivery time/s for the items in your order. Orders are covered by transit insurance. It is your responsibility to supply us with your correct shipping address.

*Parcel Locker / PO boxes
Goods shipped with the length of one side over 100cm (or 0.25 cubic metres) are not eligible to send to Parcel Locker / PO boxes. These orders must ship via courier to a valid street address. Please be aware of the size of the item(s) you order when providing your delivery address. If we are unable to ship to your nominated address we will contact you to modify your shipping details.

During checkout we ask you for a valid shipping address (residencial street address is recommended), email address, and your preferred contact phone number. Prior to the dispatch of your order, we notify you via email, telephone or SMS to confirm your shipping information and arrange the best day for delivery if applicable. This is to help prevent your order being delayed or rejected. Please respond as soon as possible during business hours, Monday to Friday if there are any issues or concerns with your order details.

Your order can only be delivered during business hours (Monday to Friday), and in certain cases, may require a signature for confirmation of delivery. If there is no one at the delivery address when the courier attempts delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee. Large or bulky items may have further address requirements to ensure a successful delivery.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Please ensure you have chosen the correct local shop for your country and region in our country and regioun dropdown menu. We have set up location systems to try and identify your correct location for prices and delivery terms to the best of our ability. However, depending on your browser extensions, virtual private networks,(VPN’s), and other location editing software you use, this may interfere with your shopping experience. Customs fees, Duties and taxes should not be incured if you are purchasing from the correct shop location, and not from outside your local country or region. Otherwise, this will not be covered by your purchase order. BeWeightLoss will not take responsibilty for any customs and taxes applied to your order that has completed processing from a purchase made from an incorrect locations, however, we can assist you in a refund or an exchange with the correct shop if it is prior to the fulfillment of your order.

Items damaged in transit

DO NOT sign for a package if you suspect it is damaged or tampered with. Signing for an item means it has been received in good order, and any damage is no longer the courier’s responsibility. If your item is damaged, you must call us or email us at [email protected] to notify us within 24 hours. So we can support you as best as we can, please include your name, address, items ordered and a brief description of the apparent damage. All items will be assessed by us on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Identification Requests

For certain orders, we may request that you provide additional identification to confirm payment or delivery information. We will notify you by email or phone if this is required. This helps minimise fraudulent activities or shipments to undeliverable locations, such as PO boxes, or oversized items being sent to delivery lockers with size limitations in your area.
